Round 2 with this awesome family!

This is my second year capturing this family in forever memories, I adore these boys and their fun little spirits. They are a pleasure to spend the day with anytime! Amazing that each one has the most piercing blue eyes and sweet smile. This is the middle man, he is just fun!

We rode up to the location together and right off this little guy had my heart and hand (literally held my hand) He is just so darn cute and just melted my heart.....if I could have him all to myself I would snag him up!

Moving onto the oldest brother, such an amazing character who is such an example of a loving brother who watches out for his younger brothers and sets a good example.

Beautiful Momma and her babies..... she is a dear friend whom I respect and admire. She is such a good Mom who works hard at balancing all her boys and life!!

It is obvious that these two love each other and have created a beautiful family. I enjoyed getting to spend the day with this family! Families really are forever.....

Even the big kids like to have fun, and there was no exception to these two. They have been building their love for a long time and with the turmoil of life's up and downs they have weathered the storms and will continue to love one another.

OK so here in the desert we are so warm most of the year....but go up the mountain and all of a sudden it is chilly and the water was icy cold....but they still mustered the courage for some boy and Momma fun.

A little story told to me about the family and this picture came immediately to mind....

Beauty and her Babies

So way back in time we had art class in high school among other classes and now we are making art again only this time with photos and her beautiful kiddos! Time has not changed her looks or personality!! Even though we did not get to catch up and visit as much, I enjoyed this time! So good to be in touch again and making memories for you and your kids will last forever.

 Are you kidding me, a sweet beautiful child who is ready without even trying.  What a doll, I love how she had such a natural smile that was not posed, obvious to me happy sweet girl.

 And then her brother....wow! What a heart breaker he is. And even though he did not want to take pictures he was an awesome sport! Thanks M for indulging us girls and our need for awesome pictures and memories!!

We both still obviously love boots and bling and as you can tell now she has passed on her addiction of boots to her sweet little gal. Some things never get old and even if they do they are still great!

Again I want to thank you again for a fun shoot and for seeing you again after 20 years!! I can't wait to see you again. We will make more fun memories and next time try to stay out of trouble with the park ranger......oh the memories.

Birthday Bash....fun in the sun!

The Birthday Boy........need I say more, after fun in the sun the tyke needs a little break and a sassy smirk for me, I love it! He is growing so fast....time goes by in the blink of an eye.....

What in the world, these curls and that face! So stinkin' cute I thought she was such a little doll. Such a quiet sweet little girl who seemed to enjoy the company of the kids and shared with a smile.

Is it illegal to have such beautiful blue eyes, and if one set isn't enough how about two sets...double the trouble of these Blondie's with blue eyes...watch out I see mischief in those sweet unsuspecting eyes :)

What? Are you looking at me, I know right.... so many cuties at one birthday party!

Aye aye...mate, I see our treasure. There is no party without the loot and these two have spied it.

Now as we are beating the pinata for the much needed sugar, I mean treasure, that is a priority at every party, we have been given the tools...now bring it.

Would you just look at these two, calculating how many hits to the jackpot or.......something else....only these two hold the answer...

and as we contemplate, I see something very mysterious in the blue eyes of this living princess. It will be hers....she knows that she wants some of the sought after candy...

The Birthday Boy!!The cupcakes and the goods are stashed, he is loving this day, he is 3 and will be onto the next adventure with new treasures and sweets. Happy Birthday bud, we love you!

A favorite....

Looking at each other and the amount of ease is easily seen with this couple. There is not doubt about their love and commitment. You will spend a life time loving each other and laughing if you allow yourselves too. Happiness is seen in this. God Bless you two.....

Sweet little Lady and her Marine

This was a fun day for me although still a little too hot! Watching this beautiful girl grow up has been a pleasure. To see her and her Marine so happy=bonus! It is a story of two kids growing up and learning to be there for each other and overcome all. Be strong and trust each other.

They have a strong connection and bond, from the way they look at each or the way they hold hands. Pure simple love. They will have a life time of happiness.

Together is a long time and these two have proved that they can make it and will be stronger for the challenges they have overcome. I loved the way they talk to one another and laugh. Laughter is so important and he looks at her and you can not help but notice how much he adores her and she is so in love and proud of her Marine.

Even holding his patience and form for the cute idea she had and wanted just right....and I think this shows how much it was worth it.

 Tell me that this is just gorgeous and I will believe you! Down to her piercing blue eyes....and his also (but hidden at the moment) these two will melt your heart!

 Looking forward to another shoot in November for the Marine Ball! Such a great experience to see him in his dress blues and her in a formal! Wow...I can't wait!

Fun Family Shoot with the "S" Family

These three cuties had me having a ball! Each was so expressive in their own ways....each has their own little look and character and has something to say with the expression on their face, that is what it is all about after all.

What a little dolly this one was!

This family is so sweet and fun to work with and I look forward to working with them again.

These two beauties  have the same eyes....and those cheeks are to die for.

The "S" family so kind and easy to be around! The kids were so cute and listened to all their parents and mine directions. My time was so rewarding to me and by the looks of them these pictures show how much fun we had during this shoot! Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.

I can do this mom look at me I am taking steps and I look like the cutest doll ever.

Cadillac Ranch, TX

OK so it seems a bit strange to find a bunch of cars half buried in the sandy desert of TX, but it is art and you are welcome to come and add to the graffiti. What a fun place to see and take pictures at.Of course we had to have a sign to represent AZ!

Then of course was the reminder of the best road trip sign ever! We had fun but the girls were simply tired of cameras and posing.....too bad when your Mommas love to capture everything on film!

Friends for 9 years strong, good girls, great friends and forever made memories!

Hay Bails

Looks can be deceiving as this was mushy ground from the rains....A photographer friend of mine and her daughter....going to have some fun!

Nauvoo, Il 2012

Just a shot of my girl in the old historic town of Mormon Pioneers in Nauvoo, Il. What a spiritual place to be.

So many odds and ends all around.

Even have "original" type hand carts for the kids to see and play with....even the big kids like to play.

The Nauvoo Temple from behind the statues of Joseph and Hyrum Smith.

And if you have ever seen a Temple you will know there are always the most lush and beautiful flowers ever!

Games for kids of all ages to play during the Pageant and this is at the Country Fair.

These girls had so much fun trying all the games they had back in the mid 1800's.
